Self-forgiveness brings healing to the deepest parts of you. It invites kindness into the places you’ve kept hidden.

Activities:

  • Write a compassionate letter to yourself, forgiving any lingering regrets or perceived failures.
  • Visualize your past self being embraced with love and understanding.

Why Is This Important?
Without self-forgiveness, you can’t fully access your own light. Healing begins from within.
