Level 9 – Day 13–14: Making Amends (When Ready)

What’s This About?
Forgiveness isn’t always complete without repair. These two days explore the brave and thoughtful step of making amends—when it’s right, safe, and true. This is not about pleasing others, but about aligning your actions with your values.

Activities:

  • Reflect on one person or situation where an apology or acknowledgment might bring peace.
  • Write a message (even if unsent) that expresses your truth and responsibility with clarity and care.
  • Ask yourself: Would making amends honor my healing—or reopen wounds? Let that answer guide your next step.

Why Is This Important?
Making amends helps close open loops. It restores integrity and strengthens your sense of self-respect—even if the other person never receives it.

Chris Thomas Notes:
Not every bridge should be rebuilt—but some need your voice to finish healing. Amends are a way to live in alignment, not to seek approval.
