Level 9 – Day 5–6: Releasing Regret


What’s This About?
Regret can cloud our view of the present. This stage helps you release guilt and make peace with what can’t be changed.

Activities:

  • List three regrets and write the lessons each one has taught you.
  • Do a guided breath-work or mindfulness practice focused on emotional release.

Why Is This Important?
Letting go frees you from cycles of self-blame and opens up space for possibility.
